1 Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to the nndk platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and nndk. By using our services through the nndk website, mobile version, or any other channel, you fully agree to these Terms.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

All popular payment methods in Bangladesh are accepted for deposits on nndk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (applicable for all methods).

• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
• Deposited funds will only be credited to the account registered under the same name as the payment method.
• Deposits through any third party are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. The following conditions must be met before withdrawing:

• KYC verification must be completed.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
• It is recommended that the withdrawal method match the deposit method.

4.3 Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not currently available.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

nndk offers new players a welcome bonus — 150% on the first deposit up to ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the following conditions must be met:

• The combined total of the bonus and deposited amount must be wagered 20 times (wagering requirement 20x).
• The wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time after the bonus is activated.
• Each player is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• Winnings earned using the bonus must meet the relevant conditions before they can be withdrawn.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse, strategic betting patterns, or fraudulent activity is detected, nndk reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6 VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards

The nndk VIP program has five tiers. Each tier provides various benefits including weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on a player's account activity and betting history. VIP benefits are at nndk's discretion and may change at any time. The cashback amount and payment conditions are determined separately for each tier.

7 Game and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Fairness

nndk ensures fair play in all games. Our platform offers games from world-class providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe and others. The outcome of every game is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).

7.2 Betting Limits

7.3 Technical Issues

Bets that are not completed due to a technical error or server outage will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded. Any winnings resulting from a system error will not be considered valid.

• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Any attempt to hack or manipulate the game process.
